We just completed a wonderful four night stay here. The location was great. The room and ambience was terrific… But, best of all, was the staff and service. The concierge was amazing with plans and reservations. The front desk and bell men could not have been more helpful. We recommend this hotel for a fabulous Parisian experience.
Absolutely great hotel and location. Hotel staff is amazing and speak English. Easy access to Orsay and Louvre. Close to public transportation. Easy walking about anywhere. Grocery, restaurants and wine close by. We loved our Eiffel Tower view. Highly recommend.
I visit Paris regularly because I’m from here, out of all the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris, this is the worst. Hotel Pont Royal is a 3 star hotel at best, rooms are VERY outdated, service is ok but again not that of a 5 star hotel. The photos you see online are of their suites, we supposedly had a superior room (there was nothing superior about it). Room 708 was incredibly small (literally no floor space left once two suitcases were open), really dark, small window (no view), old small bathroom, beds and pillows were not comfortable. The location is incredible that was the only saving grace.
