My partner and I got engaged while staying at this beautiful hotel and the staff made us feel very special. The concierge Elkheir was so fun and attentive. They upgraded our room for the special occasion and made it a weekend we will always remember.

I stayed at Hotel Providence for 5 nights with my family and we couldn't have had a more perfect trip. But before we even got there, the concierge they put me in contact with was incredible and helped me with every question and reservation that I threw at them. It truly helped make our trip to Paris so special. I arrived earlier than my other family members and came from a very long and sleepless flight. My room was unexpectedly ready at 11:00am which was such a pleasant surprise. It helped in warding off my jet lag! The rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. I did not have a problem with street noise at night! They also provided a plug adaptor in my room which was great. The service at the bar for coffee and aperitifs was friendly and efficient. Just like every team member that helped us at Hotel Providence. I will definitely be returning on my next stay to Paris.
