Family 3 day holiday in Paris! I reserved the Hotel Regents Garden because the reviews were exceptional and I can say the experience lived up to it! I needed a suite to accommodate my husband and I with 2 college age kids. The Supreme Family Room was perfect! Entry into a hall with 2 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms! The quality and beautiful details in the suite were perfect !The boutique hotel feels like you are staying in a French home and with many personal touches and personal service! Elegant and comfortable; delicious buffet breakfast and snacks in the afternoon with a charming garden to enjoy tea & pastries! Would definitely stay again!
Hôtel Regent’s Garden - Astotel combines refined elegance with thoughtful convenience. The cozy atmosphere, quiet green garden, and attentive service create perfect conditions for both work and relaxation. The hotel’s location is ideal for business meetings and walks around Paris: everything you need is nearby, yet the surroundings remain peaceful. An excellent choice for those who value comfort and quality.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a room with three beds, and only two were prepared. When we requested the third bed, we were told, “There isn’t one.” After some back and forth, they brought something that can’t even be called a bed—just a pile of winter blankets thrown over a hard surface. Is this supposed to be a 4-star hotel or a budget hostel? The front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional. He acted in a disturbing and inappropriate manner, even making strange, borderline sexual noises. His appearance was unkempt and unhygienic, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. It felt more like being in a shady bar than in a hotel that claims to be four stars. There was no clarity, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It felt like we were bothering them just by showing up. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against staying here—even if it were free.
