Hôtel Restaurant Du Port

Stopped for lunch, the restaurant is right on the water with beautiful views over lake Geneva. It’s often the case that this type of touristy restaurant has poor service and average food. Not in this case!! The food was excellent as was the service. The added bonus is the very beautiful medieval old town the restaurant is located in, wandering through it after lunch was magic. Can’t speak for the hotel rooms, however if you have the opportunity to stay there, make sure to ask for a room facing the lake, the views are awesome

Dining at Hôtel Restaurant du Port in Lausanne was a delightful experience. We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Restaurant Du Port. The service was wonderful and our room overlooked the lake with a nice balcony. We parked a five min walk away at a neighbouring hotel and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The town is so quaint and beautiful - we spent the whole day exploring. We made a reservation at the resto for dinner and it was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The service was impeccable. Would recommend to anyone.
