Hôtel Restaurant Le Parc Franck Putelat

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Le Parc in Carcassonne, we were completely charmed. The service was warm, personal, and truly exceptional. The front desk clerk didn’t just hand us a key – they personally walked us to our room and gave us a full tour, making sure we felt completely at home. That level of hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The room itself? Fantastic. Stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. But the true highlight? Breakfast. Out. Of. This. World. The eggs were so damn good they deserve their own Michelin star, and the literal boat of pastries they brought us was indulgent, over-the-top, and utterly perfect. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already planning our return. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hotel Le Parc is a gem – one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

What an absolute wonderful experience! We will definitely be back. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!

Nice room but serious deficiencies with regards to breakfast. You have to order breakfast the night before if you want some. And there is no reminder in case you don’t. Unfortunately, there is also no quick fix for a mistake and no default/fall-back option like quick coffee and croissants. You just have to be patient.
