Great hotel and customer experience. I had left something at a store next to the hotel and the staff were amazing. they popped over to the store and held it for me until i was able to pick it up. Amazing customer service. Thank you agian to the team.

We have stayed here on at least 2 occasions before the fire and the subsequent renovation, so I cannot comment upon the present-day facilities. The rooms were basic and more than adequate but the restaurant on the ground floor, always busy, was one of the best that we have visited anywhere in the World! The fruit de mer offering was outstanding and made a trip to this hotel worthwhile just for the food. The location is excellent too: close to the market, rail station, bus station and the boat terminal where you can sail across the bay to St. Tropez.

From the moment we arrived, we were extremely impressed by the hospitality of the receptionist. She was truly amazing! She made our check-in process so simple and even accompanied us to our room. The room was extraordinary. We stayed in a Deluxe sea view room, and it certainly had a "wow" effect fro us. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra amenities such as notebooks, welcome books, and magazines. For dinner, we tried their main restaurant, which was also perfect. Overall, we had an excellent short stay! Congratulations to the entire team!
