Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Enzo at reception was extremely helpful and he went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this luxurious place
Lovely chilled pretty property. We loved our self catering suite. A home away from home. A special mention to Enzo who looked after us and was very efficient with any questions we had etc. location W didn’t mind having no cleaning service as it’s better to be left alone during the day with this type of holiday. See you next time and thanks again.
We were surprised that there was no cleaning of our suite/room during our stay for 5 days. The cost was about 2080 EUR for this period. We discussed this with the manager and he politely explained that this was specifically excluded. I felt this was not fair for a four star hotel and at this price, but apparently, it's hotel policy for our room class. We agreed to disagree. Location is good, room standard was good.
