My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost hospitality. The staff was remarkably attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Our room was beautifully designed, featuring an elegant interior and a breathtaking city view. The breakfast service was outstanding, offering a delightful selection of high-quality options. This hotel excels in delivering a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience—I highly recommend it. Location: Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is within walking distance of all major attractions. The area is not only picturesque but also exceptionally safe, making it an ideal location for exploring the city with ease. Service: Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by two courteous and knowledgeable staff members who provided detailed information about the hotel and surrounding area, including excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast service team was equally attentive, ensuring a pleasant and well-catered dining experience. The level of service exceeded expectations, enhancing the overall stay.

This hotel is located very close to the city center and next to the river, allowing to have a nice walk alongside the river towards the city center. The staff was friendly and very forthcoming. Hints about some broken stuff (in our case the soap dispenser didn't work in the room) were promptly addressed and fixed. There is no dedicated parking, however the hotel offers a valet for 30€ for the night. This was alright, however when we got the car back, car settings were changed, seat position moved, mirrors changed. I wasn't happy with that. The room and bed was clean. I expected a bigger room, especially since I booked the superior room. I have been to other places in Strasbourg in the same price range having much larger rooms. The traditional hotel itself looks stunning - yet at the same time looks dated. Wallpapers with holes or broken sinks here and there. The building is asking for repairs... The bar and lobby sits in the dark and doesn't give anyone the desire to enjoy a drink.

Very nice building, and handy location, unfortunately our stay was not great. The breakfast was abysmal stone cold “hot” food items and the other items were all uncovered with wasps everywhere (counted 3 in the jam alone), and def not worth the €25 cost. Air con in the room was so noisy we had to keep turning it off throughout the night even though we were baking in the room.
