Hôtel Seybouse International

We just went there for one night but it was a great experience, with a diverse dinner (salty and sweet) and a pleasant breakfast, spacious rooms with a balcony , the only disadvantage and very important thing is the cleanliness of the rooms they aren't clean for an international Hotel, you need to pay more attention to this point , and it's not calm at night

The place is incredible, very close to the centre city and has a great view of the city. The rooms are beautiful, so clean and everything works properly. The quality of service is too low especially in the reception you sit for an hour and half just for them to manage a room " i came at 13 am" And on behalf of that i called 3 days before for a reservation and when i came they didn't subscribe me. And it was very important for me because if you validate my reservation it means when i come at least i find myself in the wait list. I hope they manage to improve this point.

Very nice staff but bad service: arrived at 21h00, got a room which was not clean. Waited 20min at reception to have another room….not clean, back to reception, 20min got another room which was….occupied by another client! Was about to leave the hotel, the staff offered me a suite, very nice space, unfortunately shower bar fall from the wall, water coming out to the sink. The worst was the very lightly balcony whiteout possibility to switch off the light, impossible to sleep!
