Hôtel & Spa les Mouettes

Really enjoyed our stay here, the place is really nice with a beautiful view, our own pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Our room is on small size but they provide all essentials, like tea and kettle, mini bar and pool towels. Parking is nice too and suitable for a larger car. Breakfast is plentiful but could have provide Gluten Free options. Staff is friendly and hard working. We would stay here again and recommend for a short break.

First, I’d like to thank Adeline for her warm welcome and for making me feel at home. She not only introduced me to the hotel but also pointed out the beautiful trails leading from the hotel to nearby beaches and towns. The hotel is conveniently located next to the road between two charming towns, and the hotel ground itself is beautiful. My room had a balcony facing a garden-like setting, which was lovely. Some rooms offer ocean views. If I had one suggestion, it would be about the curtain, which was not light-blocking, and the room’s location—being near the stairs made it a bit noisy in the mornings. Of course, if you’re an early bird, that wouldn’t be a problem at all.

Our stay at this hotel was comfortable and quiet. We were surprised to see as many people at breakfast, as we did not hear a peep from our rooms. Great job on that. The pool area seemed clean, a bit smaller than we expected from website photos, however. The room itself was of a decent size (although some wasted space in our opinion - long desk/sitting area but small sink space in bathroom), and the bed was quite comfortable. We did not figure out how to close blinds of our skylight to avoid morning light, but I am sure the staff could have helped if we had asked. Speaking of the staff, it is very average service. Not much energy or smiling, definitely no interest in making us feel special in any way. Overall, it is a nice quiet place, but we would not return for the relatively steep prices during high season.
