Great spa day with friends Good spa packages which include sauna big jacuzzi pool, massage and outdoor pools with a beautiful view. Great gourmet restaurant 👌

The hotel side was very good in terms of location because we had a vehicle. Room was roomy as triple accommodation and well equipped. Excellent parking facilities offered on the premises. Hotel reception was professional but cold. The Spa staff was not very helpful organising treatments for our three day stay. It seemed like they cater better to weekly clientele. I had to request robe, information where to change and where to wait. It was not offered. The Therapist provided the two treatments in the same room. She was professional and again, I had to ask questions because the communication was scarce. Prices are reasonable. The facilities are big, neat and modern. At the restaurant, the service is standard. The plates were not consistent with description. We got the impression that they make you wait unnecessarily. The whole establishment seems to cater to repeat and regular clients.

French hospitality at its worst. This so-called 4-star hotel wouldn't qualify as a 2-star in most other countries. The customer service is simply terrible, with a level of care and attention that’s frankly unacceptable — especially considering the price paid. Once again, that typical arrogance: staff show no concern for guests’ needs and act as if they're doing you a favor. A special mention goes to Ms. Amelié, whose attitude was particularly unprofessional. The management? Completely unavailable and unwilling to face complaints directly. This place is a disgrace, both for the level of service and for how customers are treated. Spending money here means encouraging this kind of behavior. Avoid this hotel — and honestly, think twice before spending your money in France.
