The staff? Absolute heroes 🦸🏽‍♂️. Five stars for trying their hardest to hold it all together. The facilities, on the other hand, feel like someone lost a bet - random spa amenities, a room with personality disorder, and vibes that scream “almost nice.” Thankfully, the team is working overtime to compensate for the chaos 🌪️. Bless them 🙏

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is very courteous and friendly. The fitness center is a little bit small, but other facilities are very good. I would highly recommend the hotel for a stay.

This has become one of my favorite places in the whole world. My husband and I discovered this hotel (by mistake) while looking for a hotel in the Bandol area. This is a true gem, located on a turquoise blue bay that you can swim across endlessly. The 3 restaurants (beach, breakfast and regular restaurant, and the Michelin star restaurant at the bottom) offer incredible food options in a beautiful setting and at a very affordable price. All the rooms have beautiful sea view onto the bay and are super comfortable and spacious enough to do yoga facing the bay or whatever else you may want to do. The bathrooms are superb and the skin and body care products of the highest quality and they smell so good (one of the formulas contained figs)! There’s a gym, a beautiful ‘infinity’ pool and then there is the spa… with a massive water treatment room overlooking the bay where you can give yourself healing water therapy with all kinds of jets and beds with nets to heal your entire body! And then you also have an amazing hammam and sauna as well as tons of private rooms for beauty and healing treatments of all kinds. Service is excellent and the cherry on top are the valets (voituriers in French) who are the kindest, most professional, caring people I’ve met! They also happen to be the best in the hotel in terms of Service quality and kindness! Anthony, Antony, Gabriel, and Gregory all took such great care of our car and us too! This has now become our number 1 destination in the world for late spring or late summer vacationing! I highly recommend it! It’s the best I have found with over 65 countries I’ve traveled to in high end luxury hotels! A gem at a very fair and reasonable price. And we get 20% off by booking 6 months prepaid in advance :)
