* The location is perfect. A few feet from the outdoor pool and beach and walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. * The rooms are perfect; comfy with nice views. Good linens and plenty of space to spread out. * The staff is friendly and helpful * The Spa is nice with two indoor seawater pools. Waiting room looks like a hair salon and could use updating. The hammam wasn’t working too well and the sauna is small. But you can use the ones in the adjacent hotel which are much nicer and bigger. There are way too many spa treatments to choose from which makes it really confusing. * Restaurant: There are two, one of which serves a nice breakfast and awesome brunch on Sundays. But the restaurant that serves dinner is not only subpar, they only offer prix fixe options that lack healthy dishes. This is a spa after all and like me, guests are probably looking for a wholesome not too heavy meal.

I was hesitant to book because of several mixed reviews. We found the hotel to be quite nice, not very new sure but decent value for money. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful everywhere from reception to breakfast or restaurant. Location is perfect, right at the beach and walking distance everywhere. Would come again, no doubt.

Back to the U.S.S.R. – Not the Luxury We Expected This romantic spa weekend was a thoughtful gift from our parents, and we were excited for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s pictures made it look like a luxurious retreat, boasting “30 years of luxury”—but in reality, it felt like 30 years without renovation. Upon arrival, the place immediately gave off the vibe of an old hospital, with cramped cabins and long queues of people waiting for procedures. If you’re even 5–10 minutes late, no one will help you because the place is overcrowded. The entire facility smelled of moisture, and the floors and walls were visibly dirty. At one point, dirty ventilation covers were literally falling down. Our room was no better—everything was outdated, the bathroom had mold, and the water tap was broken. The large outdoor and indoor pools were closed, and the only available indoor pool was packed with people, smelled musty, and had very limited hours. The jacuzzi experience was just bizarre. My husband and I were separated into small, windowless cabins where we sat alone in lukewarm water, staring at dirty walls while overhearing staff conversations nearby. The hot stone massage was equally disappointing. First, no one seemed to know where it was located, and the instructions were confusing. I specifically told not to put stones on my face due to recent Botox, yet she did it anyway. Then, without warning, she poured excessive amounts of hot oil into my hair, completely ruining my hair extensions. The sauna was unbearably dry and small, the hammam smelled awful, and much of the facility seemed broken or falling apart. Pressotherapy was another letdown—the equipment was ancient, they made us wear old compression socks, and the entire experience felt ineffective. Six people were crammed into the same room for the procedure, adding to the discomfort. To top it all off, I ended up with food poisoning from breakfast at the hotel restaurant. For young couples looking for a romantic spa retreat? Stay far away. My point - 1 star!
