We spent two very pleasant days in this hotel with its spacious and pleasantly appointed rooms. The staff was particularly warm and attentive. The dinner at the restaurant was of very good quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Bad service overall , from check in to checkout . access to spa is only allowed if you buy special bathing suits for men. No slippers provided , need to buy as well , bathrobes with a 50 Eur guarantee . Really far form a 4 star treatment / hotel . Avoid !
Comfortable room with quality bedding. Pleasant location, especially on the seafront. Wi-Fi is very poor and regularly out of order. Parking lot is often full, making it impossible to park when returning late at night, even though it's paid for. Breakfast service is laborious; you have to ask for everything (spoon, teapot, glass, etc.) and you're seated at tables that haven't been cleared, told "I'm coming," but no one comes. Priority management is lacking. Etc. Etc. A new manager has just taken over. May the force be with him!
