The room was very nice, large with a large bed and comfortable mattress. The bathroom was also large. The staff was friendly and helpful and competent. The location is very close to tram line B from which you can get anywhere in Bordeaux. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Cité du Vin and the central city.
Staff so helpful. Carla was wonderful. She could not do enough for us from directing to places, to catering to our every need. Thank you Carla for making our stay extra good.
The student/staff was incredible. Very well trained. The rooms were great. Very, very close to a tram stop. The tram was great.
