Looking for a quality boutique hotel, in a top location, well equipped, incl coffee machine, with great service at reasonable rate ? This is it. Great quality bedding, very clean, charming decor, premier district of Milan, serviable staff, kind and courteous. Yes, access is like a private apartment building, 3rd floor, however easy to figure out as the staff will text you and give you the access code. Yes, it is a small hotel with few rooms and staff, however they will provide you with all infos needed to move around the city center.

Nice and modern spot for a one-night stay. Getting there was a bit tricky, as it’s located inside an internal building complex with no street parking available. The location itself is wonderful — central and convenient. Communication via WhatsApp was okay, though not very responsive. Though at arrival we told them we just got engaged and the deliver with a complementary champagne . Overall, good prices and a solid experience for a short stay.

This hotel is more like an Airbnb, there is no service at this hotel. There is very little staff to help if there is a problem, only available via WhatsApp if they answer. I had NO hot water for 24 hours due to a problem in the building. My room was in a separate building from the Via Della Spiga address. When I texted the staff on WhatsApp (the only way to find them), they would often ignore the messages. If you called them, they would hang up on you. At the end of the trip, I met a woman who worked at reception at the Via della Spiga address, she was nice and tried to apologize for the lack of service. When I asked for a discount for lack of hot water for 24 hours on WhatsApp, the request was ignored. The room at via Senato was clean but the furnishing and linens are worn down. The location is good but I would only consider this if you want to stay in this area and are desperate.
