It’s not so often you get a problem with your booking and people are so willing to help you admitting a human error. I came with my girlfriend for her birthday and didn’t get the room we wanted. After apologising they were keen to make amends making sure we were satisfied with the compensation. Very friendly staff and attentive people, specially the receptionist. Congratulations for the service and being human.
Room was ok, good and clean bed, but restroom was dark , just some led that continuously change color and not a real light , shower was broken and a lot of limescale water residues.
Nice hotel, no single theme to the place but adds to quirkiness. I can only comment on my room (204 i think) and it was in need of maintenance to he fair. I only stayed 1 night for business trip so i could live with it. Food in bar was good. Typical German / Austrian style food. In honesty I'd look elsewhere if in the region again but it would be fine if i had to stay there.
