An old house. Huge spaces. Two bathrooms, actually three, one with only one toilet. In the center of Modica on one of the main roads. A small veranda for quiet evenings. A wonderful feature... a few steps away is a private garage, which for Modica, given the lack of parking and the fact that it's blue-lined, is a great added value. The owners were very kind in their welcome and assistance. There were nine of us and we had a wonderful time. Below one of the nicest bars in Modica for a wonderful morning breakfast with brioche with tuppo and granita.

We stayed, as a group (2 families and a dog), in late-august and had a great time. The appartment was spacious, clean, well furnished and brilliantly situated.
