I ciliegi

Last week we stayed in this hotel. The bathroom is in a really outdated condition. But what disturbed the most is the staff is racist. Especially the kitchen server guy. I'm not someone who judges other's through their profession. But he only became a waiter while I'm a well educated person, who do you think he's to shout at me. He even denied serving extra croissants. While the only breakfast they have is croissants and hard bread. Really really disappointing. Never ever going to come again. Worst hotel I stayed ever in my 45 years of life.

The shower stall is terrible and prone to accidents. Charging points are located in extremely inconvenient places in the room.Our group had arranged dinner in the restaurant and had ordered pasta with chicken and pasta with cheese for vegetarians. However, they completely overlooked the order and only had rice and chicken and nothing for vegetarians and refused to even provide hot water or fruits at night saying kitchen is closed. Half the group had to eat snacks they were carrying or sleep without dinner. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was okay.

Chose this for proximity to the Mall & available parking (almost none left after dinner, destinated spots occupied by big tour buses). Room are old & falling apart. Security lock not working. The locking plate (or whatever it's called) on the frame seemed like it's going to come out at the touch. Air conditioning is non-existing. The mini fridge is room temperature at max. The water pressure is sporadic between weak & okay. Oh, one need to push instead of the normal pull to get water running. The counter top needs replacing. The walls need repainting. And so on so forth.
