SCAM !! NOT AS EXPECTATIONS !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! Bad Management Poor Quality Service Awful Communication Unit is far from expectation, not even close as per advertised in Agoda. Definitely 100% different unit. Not as same in picture in Agoda. Bad experience as entering the unit, 2nd room way too small, only can fit queen size bed and that is all. Even need to put sliding door entering room so not clash with bed when open room door. Bathroom was too dirty. Toilet bowl can see yellow stains like never clean by housekeeping. Unit is not well-maintained. Even clogged drain holes is too bad and water cannot go anywhere. Management is the worst part here, same to their customer service, terrible experience ever! They never chase you for room information. We need to look for their contact. Definitely it is their routine job to keep customer waiting for update of unit number and sop procedure for self check in. SO SLOW ! Crazy to put so much deposit for stay, and I can’t wait to see how long they will take to refund the deposit. Talked with customer service by call, plain tone, never realized what their mistake and what they should fix, and even never said sorry even for once. They never cared for customer. NO PARKING PROVIDED ! Pay by your own for parking (RM20/day). I thought it is normal to provide free parking upon checking a high-rise unit at least 1 carpark. Issued for broken iron, give so much excuses and not willing to exhange my iron for a new one. The customer service again, is too awful, how they talk, their tone, how they solve problem, all is ZERO, all is BAD. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND 100% !! WILL NEVER REPEAT AGAIN !! I want to rate -10 if possible

BAD BAD EXPERIENCE, DO NOT EVER CHECK IN THIS UNIT MANAGED MY MAPLEHOME LISTED ON AGODA. AS EVERYONE HAVE REPORTED HERE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME AND THEY ARE ALSO BIG TIME SCAMMERS.TODAY IS THE 8TH DAY UPON CHECKING OUT AND THEY HAVE YET TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT. WILLBE MAKINGA POLICE REPORT
