I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa

We spent a wonderful vacation in Greece, on the island of Crete, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice of hotel. The peaceful surroundings, spotless cleanliness, and the varied and delicious food made our stay truly enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We would especially like to thank Paula, an exceptional receptionist who speaks Romanian and made us feel right at home. She gave us detailed information about our stay, personally walked us to the restaurant for breakfast—even though we arrived before the official breakfast time—and arranged for us to check in early. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious, bright, and very clean room with a beautiful sea view. Paula impressed us with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She is undoubtedly a special presence at the front desk and adds greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! Breakfast was rich, with great variety and very good quality choices. Particular reference is worth the Fotini from the bar, which was always willing, smiling and helpful. Not only did he offered us our coffee in the morning with courtesy and care, but he also suggested beautiful places to visit in Crete, showing real interest. He is really professional and makes the difference! Thank you very much for the hospitality! We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Cretan hotel! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and relaxing. Having multiple seawater pools was fantastic – there was always space to swim and the views were incredible. And the direct beach access? That was the icing on the cake! We could stroll from our room straight onto the sand. Highly recommend it for a stress-free and luxurious vacation.
