We had a stay of 10 nights last summer and because of the long stay, they upgraded our room free of charge. Our experience was unforgettable and we absolutely loved the place. Also the location was very convenient for visiting i.e. Firenze, Bologna and the small towns of Toscana region. Modern, clean rooms, compact breakfast with all the essentials, beautiful pool and super nice staff. The atmosphere was very beautiful with the views and all the flowers in their garden. Only downside I can come up with is the noise coming from the busy road next to the hotel. All in all, we loved our stay and will definitely visit again when we come back to the region. ❤️🇫🇮

Fantastic location - a quiet place within a relatively short drive from Florence, Lucca, Bologna. Modern and well equipped rooms. Great pool area (unbeatable at 35-degree heat). The staff were exceedingly helpful and polite. And the food - amazing, be it breakfast, lunch at the pool or dinner at the restaurant. Would definitely stay there next time.

Context: traveling with wife and 2 year old child. Really nice hotel, they have invested quite a lot of money into this. At an ok distance from Florence with a good restaurant and great rooms. However, the communications from the hotel is quite poor. We opted to stay for an extra evening, what they forgot to tell us that they were having a party at the hotel during the evening. This meant loud noice directly into our room until well after midnight. We basically did not sleep and it was very difficult to calm our daughter. In our world it is ok to have such parties at these great venues - but not informing the other guests is unacceptable! We travel a lot and recommend places for both different events and vacation. They also argued with us for a very long time and the people in the reception did not have any form of mandate to do anything.
