The location of this hotel is excellent—super convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, and I’m truly grateful for that. We were traveling as a family of three (two adults and one child) and stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was very spacious and comfortable—plenty of space to open two large suitcases with no problem. In addition to a vanity area, there was also a cozy sofa corner and a small table, which made the space feel even more comfortable and homey. The bathroom was also great—large, clean, and with a separate shower area. There’s also a self-service drink station next to the front desk that’s free to use, which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious! The toast was amazingly soft, the omelet was cooked perfectly, and the salad was super fresh. Their curry was a bit spicy, and after the staff noticed it was a child eating, they kindly brought out an extra omelet to help balance the spiciness. We really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely love to stay again next time!

We’re currently staying here with our 9-month-old baby, and this hotel has been a bit of a disappointment compared to the other places we’ve stayed during our 15-day trip across Japan. For a start, the room is extremely small and cramped, not ideal for families, especially with a little one. The biggest issue we encountered was the towel situation. They only provided 2 towels for the three of us, and when we asked for one more for our baby’s bath, we were told it would be chargeable. This was honestly shocking, as we didn’t face this issue at any of the other 4 hotels we stayed at. The lack of flexibility and warmth in their customer service was really disappointing. Additionally, we had trouble with communication. When we approached the reception for help in translating some Japanese, the staff's poor English made it difficult to get assistance. It was frustrating, and honestly, we didn’t feel very welcome. On a positive note, the location is great, the price is reasonable, and the room aesthetics are nice. However, if you’re traveling with kids, this is not a family-friendly place. We won’t be staying here again and definitely won’t be recommending it.

We had a reservation here. When we checked in the girls at the front desk were making jokes and laughing at us as we walked away. Upon inspection the bed was infested with bugs. We immediately went to go check out. They refused any sort of refund or other accommodation and tried to act as if it wasn’t a big deal there were bugs everywhere. They are charging us for our full stay. They only use a lint roller to clean and we found hairs all over in the shower, on the bed, the couch. In the future be careful talking crap about your guests because you never know who can understand what you’re saying.
