Amazing location, super friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. We’ve had an incredible time here in Fortaleza. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because our keycard never worked properly — we had to go down to reception, wait in line for a new one, then go back up and try again a few times a day. Bit of a hassle, but overall a great stay.
Decent hotel with very spacious rooms. However rooms are getting old and bathroom and some kitchenware could get an update. Recommend for short stays only.
2 days asking them washing my clothes and still not possible. Sometimes clean services does not show up in the room and in general the service is not 4 or 3 stars. Location, rooms and food good enough, but does not have the typical like picanha, churrasco among others.
