Not very good as far as spas go.. very disappointing.. staff in spa quite rude to non-spanish, does not have thermal water as it advertises only water with chlorine which is quite strong.. the water massagers are very good. But wouldn't go back there !
It is a nice hotel the personal is really friendly but it is not a Wellness hotel!!! Theire are so many guests that you even have to make an Reservation when you want to have Dinner. The Wellness area is super small the water of all pools are really cold and theire are so many people (also when you are only allowed to Go two hours theire - and only when you made an Reservation) that you have to wait till theire is some space (in the Whirlpool for example) i am Happy We only stayed one night. Spent your Money better in a other Spa Hotel
We just arrived and we already have a terrible experience… it took 20 minutes to check in and we received a room with a view to the parking (the hotel is not fully booked). We mentioned we want to eat (the restaurant is closing at 10) and they still moved in slow motion for check in. The rooms are not well enough cleaned and the staff is terrible.
