We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Santander and the ferry home. The check in process was very quick and the staff very informative about how to get to the old town and areas of interest. The room was great, 3 of us staying in 1 room there was plenty of space for all of us plus the motorcycle gear. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed with a mini fridge. We ate in the old town so I cannot comment about whether there was a restaurant at the hotel, however the breakfast in the morning was plentiful and very filling. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly re-visit if we pass this way again next year

The hotel was outside of town and if leaving from the front entrance an extra 5 minutes of travel time and given the weather conditions the past few days a lot more respite from the rain. A code was provided for a back entrance with easier access to the town centre however this was changed mid stay without any notification, meaning we were stuck in the pouring rain trying to gain access. The buzzer was also not answered during this time for approx 10-15 minutes. When told of this the staff both at the time this occurred and in the morning when checking out were completely indifferent to the issue and offered no help as to what occurred. I'm either to believe that the person on reception wasn't doing their job properly or the buzzer which had worked fine for the previous days was now not working? The hotel has an automated email to guests to confirm an online check in pre arrival which naturally I completed, I received this 3 nights in a row, however I could not be sent a simple message that the code for the back and city friendly access had changed during a 3 night stay once?? Absolutely shambolic.
