Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey

Our stay in this fine hotel was fabulous. It's a little piece of heaven we all deserve when taking a break from work and everyday life. Our room was perfect and the wonderful cleaning staff made sure it was spotless on our return each day. There's a number of restaurants to choose from all of which are excellent. The breakfast menu is a real treat and again all the staff are very attentive. The pool is very safe for children and has a lifeguard on duty at all times helping you to relax. Our daughter loved her lunch around the pool and the the very Cool Cuban Carlos was always on hand to cater for our needs. Lovely guy. All the staff are great, the surroundings are beautiful, the design is impressive. Overall a ten out of ten for this hotel. Would highly recommend. Tony, Mandi & Evie

Am on our last day at this hotel, having been here a week. What a find this place is, fabulous hotel with staff that are as equally fabulous. The rooms as lovely, pool is beautiful and never busy, Carlos at the pool bar is ever helpful and a super nice guy. Location I great, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of town. I have been to the Canaries many times, this is the best yet. Highly recommend.

I love this hotel! Nowhere else do I relax as much on vacation as I do at this amazing place. My husband and I come back here every summer, and we always look forward to the perfect rest and relaxation. The breakfasts are truly excellent, as is the food in any of the hotel’s restaurants. Our favorite spot in the hotel area is the pool. And Carlos from Cuba is the best waiter – not only does he always serve you with a smile, but he also jokes around with you. I recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone. I love it here!
