My stay at this beach hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and impeccable service. The facility is clean and designed to take advantage of the incredible ocean views. I stayed in a spacious beachfront room with a terrace where I could enjoy the sunset every evening. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The buffet was good, with local and international dishes. The à la carte restaurants were also impressive in their quality and presentation. The staff was always attentive and willing to help. The entertainment activities made every day exciting. The pool was also the perfect place to unwind. If you're looking for relaxation, good service, and a dreamy setting, this hotel is the perfect choice. I will definitely return! 10/10.

First time here, the beach was beautiful, nice and quiet, and was never crowded. I was very happy with the food, there were always a lot of options and eggs and pancakes were available every morning. If you get a chance, try the restaurant on Mexican night! The food was very good and it was nice to have a little change of scenery. The staff here is really amazing 🥹 everyone says hello when they see you, helps you out with anything you need, and just very friendly overall. Special shout-out to Darita, Yaniris (Kat), Mariella, David Jr, Marbellis, Dania and Joel from the entertainment team, Melissa and Cocky from the dance team, Evelyn and Javiel from the buffet, Jesus and Hector Pablo on the lifeguard team, just made our trip so much better! Never felt unsafe, no issues with power, decor was simple but very nice, very good ambiance. There was entertainment every night and activities throughout the day. Hope to come back one day!

I stayed with my family, and our stay was not pleasant. Although the hotel views weren't bad, the staff's treatment was discriminatory. There wasn't a variety of food, and when the little they had ran out, they didn't restock it. The snack bar ran out of drinks and snacks, and it wasn't 24 hours even though they had told us it would be. Everything was a scam.
