Jennifer of guest services is awesome, Ariel bartender AMAZING! Tony waiter and bartender does anything to make the guests happy. Our first time in Cuba and will be back at this resort for sure! It was a memorable vacation!!!
Beautiful resort with beautiful people. Kitchen staff to beach staff is LOVELY. Cynthia and Jaqueline are personable happy and made us feel so welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone and will return. Stunning beach and great pool. Amazing mc judy and wonderful music with an awesome vibe.💓🎉🇨🇺
Extremely disappointed .not worth the stay. The room itself needs renovation .stain on bed sheet. Overall cleanliness of the dining area (buffet) was below acceptable standards. Given the price i paid ,this stay was far below expectation.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not return.
