Iberostar Selection Cancun All Inclusive

This was our second time at Iberostar Selection Cancún, and it was just as incredible as the first—if not better! The service is top-notch, and the food is absolutely exquisite—every meal was a delight, with so many delicious options to choose from. We absolutely LOVED the night shows! The dancers put on phenomenal performances full of energy, talent, and passion. The entertainment team truly goes above and beyond to create a fun and unforgettable atmosphere. Beautiful views, warm hospitality, and amazing experiences all around. I highly recommend this resort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon! 🩷🏝️👙

Very nice experience, Beto was an excellent entertainer, hosted several events. All of the entertainment staff were excellent. The service was generally fantastic. The resort caters fairly well to people with dietary restrictions, but I think better labeling at the buffet would go a long way. The chefs we're very willing to prepare vegan items, but several items at the buffet it wasn't obvious whether things were vegetarian or vegan. I want to highlight that the staff and chefs we're always more than happy to help, the only issue was with the labeling infrastructure.

Beautiful hotel and resort. Excellent service - the staff is genuinely helpful and welcoming. I felt so comfortable in the environment. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool area is excellent. The open bar inside and at the pool was fantastic. We booked a basic room. The AC was a little broken and our room was extremely damp - the sheets and towels were wet and we had to switch our room. Not sure if it was from the weather or broken AC. But the staff was really accommodating. Otherwise, great hotel and resort!
