Outstanding Resort! The reception staff were always helpful and welcoming. The arrival with a rose for the ladies and a glass of champagne was a lovely touch. The cleanliness was excellent—rooms, common areas, and pools were spotless and well-maintained. The all-inclusive package covers almost everything. The buffet food was tasty, varied, and plentiful. The only downside was the difficulty in booking and finding a place at the alternative restaurants. The entertainment team was fantastic—fun, energetic, and professional, with plenty of activities for adults and kids. The resort has many pools, great for both fun and relaxation, plus a playground with toboggans that the kids loved. Finally, there is a Hertz desk at the main hall where you can rent cars directly at the hotel.

We recently spent a week at Iberostar Selection Creta Marine, and it was truly one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, the food was consistently delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A particularly special moment was the thoughtful and heartwarming surprise the team prepared for our daughter’s birthday — it made the occasion truly unforgettable. The hotel provides facilities and activities for all ages. The hotel is located within awesome breath-taking views. The food buffet selection was nice, catering for all dietary requirements. They could provide drinking water on tables free of charge not at a cost if you're on Half-board. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had a wonderful week away .
