Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites Adults Only

Room: We upgraded to the Prestige Star club which I definitely recommend for our suite & use of the exclusive pools. The only downside was in the mornings we could hear the delivery truckers driving and reversing outside our room. Apart from that, the apartment was very clean and spacious (I will note the toilet isn’t in the most convenient location being diagonal and facing the shower). The staff are all so lovely, welcoming and will accommodate to everyone’s needs. They are so lovely to be around and bring a great atmosphere to the hotel. The servers and front desk workers are a particularly positive bunch and they are always seen to be smiling and having a great time! The location is perfect on the side of a Rocky Mountain with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return here.

Simply wonderful! From the thoughtful check- in process and welcome drink after a delayed flight to the room cleanliness and attentiveness of all the staff…this hotel is a magical find. The rooms have stunning sea views and nothing is too much trouble. The all inclusive option is great and plenty of variety for all of our party. Montse has been simply outstanding in her service and we look forward to our next visit already. I would highly recommend…and next time I’m opting for a prestige suite with private whirlpool!!

Absolutely amazing stay!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome — seriously, the friendliest people ever, all around the hotel no matter who you meet. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. You can really tell they care. The hotel itself is spotless — like, sparkling clean. Everything looks fresh and well taken care of, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. We have an outside terrace with a jacuzzi that was also so well looked after and it made our honeymoon feel so special. It honestly felt like a such a luxurious trip all thanks to the staff and location. 😄 views are amazing as is every thing else that comes with it. Can’t recommend this place enough. Already planning my next stay.
