Absolutely love this place! This is second holiday as a family with two disabled young adults. All staff from reception, cleaners, entertainers, bar staff are more than helpful and understanding of the different needs. Rooms are perfect, food is lovely and entertainment is spot on. Definitely returning next year! x

We are just after a week's vacation at this hotel and it definitely deserves all these positive reviews. The hotel is clean, fragrant and the staff from the entrance treats you like royalty. Ladies cleaning the room super women, everything was always in order and nothing was ever missing. In general, the people working there are a different dimension, from the reception to the waiters, cleaners and bartenders. Particularly noteworthy is the animation team, which deserve a big round of applause. People always smiling, who make your vacation special, very talented people, each show at a high level, I have never met a situation where something was done on the sly. Special mentions to Lou Lou, who can catch a good vibe with each of the guests. Food in the hotel was also good, a wide selection I think there is something for everyone. I had such a wonderful time at the hotel! The rooms are spacious and spotless, the food is absolutely delicious, and both the beach and pool areas are beautiful. But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. They make you feel genuinely at home and never stop trying to make you smile. The animation team is exceptional — I wish I knew their names! The ones leading yoga and aqua gym are especially fun and delightfully goofy. Their energy is contagious, and they make sure everyone feels included in the games and activities. Each one of them brings something special, and together, they create an atmosphere that’s truly amazing.
