Iberostar Selection Lisboa

My wife and I stayed at this establishment for 7 days, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The hotel is beautiful, it smells great, and the service, and location is amazing. The pool is a great place to unwind and catch some sun with this beautiful summer weather. The rooms are great, however the beds are a tiny bit uncomfortable for my liking. Nonetheless it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. One thing that stands out is the service at the pool. In particular a gentleman by the name Khan. He is an amazing bartender, however overall he is a great man! He’s been attentive, and polite, and extremely professional. We’ve had the pleasure of being served by him for the majority of our stay, and it is very reassuring that there are people within the staff that actually care about their guests such as this man does. Everyone else has been absolutely fantastic, and very helpful and professional, however Khan goes above and beyond that because of how personable he has been throughout our stay. From the greetings, to his cocktail making, our chats, and just his overall ability to connect with his guests he stands out the most. I am glad I made a friend at this establishment, and will definitely be back to enjoy what this hotel has to offer in the future. Thank you Khan, and everyone else at Iberostar Selection Lisboa

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Selection Lisboa. The receptionists were very welcoming and always happy to help or have a friendly chat. Overall, the service was excellent and the rooms were clean. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, we weren’t bothered by any outside noise. The hotel is also close to a metro station and other convenient facilities. The breakfast was good, although a bit more variety would have been nice. The hotel restaurant Luz was great, and the room service was excellent — fast, friendly, and high quality. We absolutely loved Lisbon!

A very good hotel, with well equipped and comfortable rooms, a good sized pool for a pretty centrally located establishment and an in-house spa. What really makes the place stand out though is the quality of service from the staff on the front desk and throughout. They were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. They went the extra mile to sort out rooms that suited our party, including our elderly father, perfectly. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return at some point.
