I have no words to describe how beautiful this hotel is. We originally chose it thinking it was closer to the city center, but even though it's a bit farther out, it turned out to be a perfect choice. The beach is just 100 to 200 meters away and equipped with sun loungers. Public transportation to the city is very well organized — buses run every 10 minutes, making access to the center fast and easy. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with housekeeping sometimes refreshing the room more than once a day. Free still and sparkling water is available from dispensers in the hallways, which is a very convenient and thoughtful service. Staff are professional and kind, and the overall atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The rooftop has an exclusive area (available for an extra charge) where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in a more private setting. This hotel truly offers everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

From the moment my partner and I arrived at the hotel we were welcomed with drink and top tier hospitality. The rooms were great with all the amenities you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. We opted for the star prestige which gave us access to the roof which was super relaxing. Jennifer from the roof top was extremely helpful and looked after me while I waited for my partner to arrive. Also Dario from the lobby bar entertained us with his great personality and excellent cocktail making skills. He even created my favourite cocktail which was not on the menu! And finally Michael the concierge helped us with any request we had and ensured our stay was extra special. Hats off to the three of them for making our stay and experience to remember! Would highly recommend visiting this hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel, stunning decor throughout and always clean. Good selection of food and the drinks taste amazing. Jennifer in the star prestige area was brilliant, she always looked after us and was very attentive- definitely upgrade to star prestige if you can. Location- was not far at all from the beach and not too far away from Palma which is lovely however the immediate surrounding area isn’t the nicest.
