Excellent hotel, arrived late evening, reception staff couldn’t be any more helpful. The hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, well done the hospitality staff. My room was lovely, lots of personal touches, robe & slippers, coffee machine, free mini bar, snacks, even an iron that you didn’t have to pay for. Spotlessly clean and well turned out daily. I’ve had the best nights sleep, mattress and pillows are lovely! Dinning room, the food is excellent, lots of choice for all, well presented, the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Overall the dinning room experience was calm and a pleasant atmosphere, well managed, well done to the chef's and their team for all their hard work. Pool area is well managed and maintained, the cleanliness is to a high standard, the staff work hard to keep it pristine. The life guards do a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful, no job too small. Sun-bed reservations are the way forward, this is a brilliant idea, the lovely Carmella was on hand to assist you and couldn’t do enough to make sure you were happy. Entertainment team, what a bunch of energetic, friendly characters they are, you will be entertained, you will laugh and have fun! Overall, 5 stars given to this hotel from me, the staff are here to make sure you have a lovely holiday and you will be met with a friendly smile. Location is great, right near the beech and bars!

Hotel’s Spa - should it be possible to give more stars, I would! Its not often when in the resorts one can get THE massage of deep tissue (objectively, it is hard work and you will fly home anyway so why bother, right?) Ask for Nina and regret nothing! - she listened to my request and stayed 100% focused - deep tissue really meant “deep tissue” and as my shoulders were very blocked the effect was amazing. When done like this, becomes absolutely worth paying a bit extra.

Second time at the hotel and had a lovely time again. The staff are what makes the hotel... All are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has instigated a sun bed booking policy which we found to work really well.. There was always a staff member at the pool to help with bookings if needed assistance and we never had any trouble finding a bed - Carmella gets a special mention!!! The food was good and varied and the alcohol and soft drinks free flowing. Would recommend to others who want a peaceful, stress free holiday
