My family flew in from NYC 2 days ago to meet our in-laws here. The hotel location is about 45 minutes from the Palma airport and getting here via the taxi was very simple and pleasant (in comparison to going to Mexico or DR where you are fighting the scam artists as soon as you walk out of the airport). The hotel staff members are friendly, attentive, and multi-lingual. The food was fantastic, entertaining was good, and the beach perfect for families with small kids. We are here for another 11 days and we are glad that we picked this place. Lastly, the people here are in better shape than those in DR or Mexico so go on that salad diet like 2 months before coming here.
Stayed in June 2025 - had a really great time here as a family with a young child. We had one of the star prestige rooms booked which came with extra perks that were great given we were half board. As vegetarians we have lowered our expectations on food choices beyond simple pasta and pizza. However we were pleasantly surprised with the variety on offer on most nights - vegan only options are also available if needed. Staff work very hard to keep the guests happy, rooms were cleaned really well. Around the pool they do try to limit guests from reserving sunbeds with towels but it doesn't stop them. Parking was available from an easy walking distance if needed. I must say the beach next to the hotel was one of the best I have been too. The only tiny downside is that the bathroom (shower specifically could do with a refresh)
Mixed feelings about this hotel here's my honest review by section: Service: I would rate the service as average. The main issue is that the hotel seems understaffed for the number of guests they host. That said, the existing staff is very kind and friendly, which is definitely a positive. Rooms: I would rate the rooms as good, not excellent. They are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are large, overall, well-equipped. However, I did have a negative experience finding two large cockroaches in the room. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Common Areas: Definitely insufficient for the number of guests. The hotel advertises two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, but during my 5-day stay, the indoor pool was out of service and was actually very small. The outdoor pool looks much bigger in the photos than it really is. With so many people, it felt overcrowded and uncomfortable to swim or relax. The space around the pool is also too tight, so they squeeze all the loungers next to each other, which makes it even more uncomfortable. Food & Drinks: We booked the all-inclusive package. The food was okay overall (nothing amazing, just okay). As is common in these types of packages, food isn't the highlight. Breakfast was very good, while lunch and dinner were more on the average side. As for drinks, they delivered what was promised both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were available all day. Beach Access: Perfect. The hotel has two direct access points to the beach, and the beach itself is spectacular, one of the highlights of the stay. Entertainment & Shows: This is where the hotel truly shines. Without a doubt, I give this part a 10 out of 10. The staff works hard to keep guests entertained with activities throughout the day. If you have small kids, you'll definitely enjoy this hotel. Even though my kids are a bit older, we all really enjoyed the shows and the overall entertainment.
