Iberostar Waves Averroes

It's great. Really good hotel, food is very good, staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Great pool, lovely grounds and nice beach. I found the beds a bit uncomfortable, a bit too hard, and the air conditioning in the gym didn't work. But all in I had a great holiday and have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Right on the beach. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help with anything. Food is really good and there is something for everyone. Animation team are great, with activities for all or time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and sunshine

My stay at Iberostar Waves Averroes in Tunisia was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable and happy, and they truly personalise the experience to suit each person. One thing that really stood out was how well they handled feedback. I mentioned a small issue with my room, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They took the feedback seriously and made sure everything was sorted out right away, which made me feel really valued as a guest. The resort itself is beautiful, with a swim-up bar at the pool and a jacuzzi that’s perfect for relaxing during quieter times of the day. There are also lots of activities on the calendar, so there’s always something to do if you feel like getting involved. The restaurant staff and chefs were absolutely lovely, always friendly and attentive. Even the reception team were fantastic, explaining everything clearly and making the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, I can’t recommend Iberostar Waves Averroes enough. It’s the kind of place where you feel truly looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back.
