Very nice facilities! The hospitality stands out the most with staff that are extremely friendly and greet you with every interaction. Andres especially during the evening at cocktail hours made the experience very personable and he was always going above and beyond for us. We wanted to be back at our hotel for our last night so that we could chat with him some more before we left. Overall the experience was excellent. The rooms are cute and quaint, perfect for couples. We thoroughly enjoyed, breakfast was also great! Didn’t try dinner at the hotel so unable to comment, but did try a few nearby restaurants and we enjoyed those as well. Thanks to the staff and a big thank you and bittersweet farewell to Andres :)
Had a wonderful week long stay and can honestly not fault a thing. The hotel itself is lovely, clean with great facilities and activities to get involved with if you wish. The staff were excellent, really attentive with great attention to detail without invading your privacy. Food was really good and there was such a wide range to choose from. The waiting staff were amazing really courteous and cleared your table so efficiently so you could get the next plateful. A special mention to Andres, he was such a nice guy, always gave us really useful information and always made sure we were looked after and had a great demeanour. Amira was also great behind the bar, she made fantastic cocktails! Gabi in the restaurant was such a lovely. I cannot fault the hotel, pool, rooftop pool, facilities and the overall staff. Definitely a hotel I'd 100% stay in again.
We stayed for 7 days and loved every minute. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. It's probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. There are so many positives but one that stands out above all is how friendly and happy the staff are. A special mention to Andres in the bar area who is such a great guy, very polite and extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again or recommending it to others.
