I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the excellent service at the on-site restaurant and how accommodating the staff was throughout my stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be returning!

The hotel was amazing spectacular views from our room, very cozy very attentive staff. We started our day with an amazing brunch menu with a kind waiter named Francis! The LOBSTER ROLL 🦞 WOW!! They had incredible cocktails, I recommend you try the Coco Chanel very refreshing such a wonderful taste! Eduardo was so kind and helped take our bags to our room and pack them in our car. The service was exceptional all the staff highly recommend!! #miami

Very well located for the Art Deco district and also the main shopping area (Lincoln Road) Marie and Luciana (on reception) were lovely and allowed us to check out an hour later on our day of departure which was really kind. The breakfasts were really good and the pool (albeit slightly smaller than expected) was lovely and had a great terrace overlooking Collins Avenue. Rooms were clean and the hotel rate was reasonable.
