Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca

This hotel has truly become our second home – we’ve been here 5 times already, and each stay gets better and better! It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, with something for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, always fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Carolina, who always takes such wonderful care of the guests. Her kindness and attention to detail make such a difference. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! Mario, Andrei, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew put on great shows and keep the kids engaged and laughing all day long. They bring so much energy and fun to every activity – you can tell they really love what they do.

We were placed in the Iberostar waves Ciudad blanca when our original hotel booking cancelled on us two days before our departure- and what a blessing that was. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment we got there we were greeted with smiles and felt so welcome. Staff are exceptional and work so hard to make your holiday a 5 star experience. The rooms are spacious and immaculate and the restaurant food was amazing with such a wide variety of choice every meal time. Great for families and children. Also you walk straight out of the back of the hotel on to the beautiful beach and Alcudia coast line. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking to go there again. A truly unforgettable holiday with cherished memories made.

I had an incredible stay at this all-inclusive hotel – everything from the food to the facilities exceeded my expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of dining options that kept things exciting every day. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the entertainment team – and especially Andrei. He brought such energy and enthusiasm to every activity. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just his friendly conversations throughout the day, Andrei went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and included. His charisma and professionalism really made a lasting impression and created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend this place.
