Fabulous hotel. From checking in at reception, where we were given much needed cold drinks after a long flight, to the wonderful entertainment team, who went out of their way to make sure we were included. The team work so hard and couldn’t do enough for us. Kids loved the daily entertainment, especially the foam party and the evening shows. The white party is incredible!
OK we probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel had we not been part of a large group - a little too much 'fun' for us oldies! But... I cannot fault the place. It is huge, set in magnificent and beautifully maintained grounds. There are 2 enormous pools (we liked the quiet of the Zen pool). The food was superb, the buffet changing every day. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The hygiene protocols that we could observe were top-notch. And the staff were all brilliant.
There are so many things I want to say about this place and none of them are remotely bad. I have to start with the entertainment team as they are amazing. The attention they give to the guests is incredible and the level of care and work they give surpassed any experience I have had. The hotel is clean, the food is incredible and changes daily. It feels safe and I don't want to leave. I will be back.
