I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the entertainment team—they brought so much energy and fun to each day. A special mention goes to Aranza, who was especially engaging and made sure guests felt welcomed and involved. She truly stood out! The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a treat. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable each day. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful and hard-working staff at this resort. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to make our experience fun, special, and luxurious. The entertainment staff works so unbelievably hard and brought so much energy and fun to every single activity and day. Franco made our entire groups experience, we love him! Franco, if you’re reading this - Charlie, Teddy Bear, Patricio, and Sweater miss you!!!! (So do the rest of us). Awesome resort with so much to do.

The entertainment team is so much fun! They always find a way to make the day much more fun and energetic. Armando was very nice, he acted more like a friend than like someone who is working. The Resort is stunning, the entertainment team is, like I said, incredibly fun and everything is organized great. The beds in the junior suite could have been a bit bigger though. As a tall dutch person, it isn’t an amazing size, but still, they clean everything great and when you need something they will be at your room in five minutes. The people are incredibly nice and there’s never a dull moment (thanks to the entertainment team)! Not only the entertainment team, but also the people work so hard and are always trying their best! Even when the staff is tired, they never act like they don’t want to be there. The guests are queens and kings is taken very seriously in this Resort and its always positive vibes here! Amazing service, good Food, such fun activities and an incredibly lovely entertainment team!
