The staff was so sweet and incredibly friendly, they all seemed to truly love there job and make it a priority to make sure you are having a good time and have what you need. the Activities, specifically pool activities were so so fun. Gabriel and Antonio and all the staff were so fun and funny. there was always something going on and something to do. My only wish is that the app was more clear and the timing and location was right or more clear. overall great :)

I have been to Mexico many times and this hotel is the best so far. A beautiful large resort and you can also use the side resorts where they take you by golf carts. The food is great, which many times I can't believe is so fantastic prepared in buffet restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants and bars everywhere so you don't wait in line or for tables at all. There are also plenty of sun loungers by the pools and on the beach, so even if you come in the afternoon you still have a place to sit. What in other hotels so far in the morning was always all occupied. The staff at the hotel are very experienced and willing to help with everything. If I go to Mexico again I will definitely go to this hotel which I would never do twice to the same hotel.

🫤Meh. We loved the animals and jungles location of the buildings which is great for kids and we like to walk. Unfortunately the food choice is not great - we were missing sea products which should not be an issue in Caribbean. Unfortunately there is a lot of sargassum on the beach and crew does not seem to rush to clean it. The tractor was just making rounds on beach and the weed was untouched. The pools are big which is good with sargassum, but they are not being cleaned regularly from leaves and has been full of leaves particles and the pool bottom is slippery which means hotel does not use pool cleaners Also the place being advertised as 5 stars hotel - turned out this to be 4 which we were told when checking in. Also, it was surprise to know there is no access to lazy river. Turned out Lindo and Maya to be higher rate which does not worth the upgrade as the place overcrowded. To add on cuisine- the dinner is the best food choice you can have . Do not waste time in restaurants- they just do not worth visiting in evening. Breakfast and lunches are very simple. Open concept is fine but this place should add UV fly traps to avoid flies getting to the food.
