Absolutely great hotel for families. Really good location by the beach (Font De Sa Cala) very good food with a lot of choice and AMAZING entertainment each day. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely brilliant, helpful, happy, kind to everyone and always with a smile on their face. They are always willing to help and ensure that we had a great time at this hotel. Our whole family love it! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and especially families. Well done Waves Pinos Park Team! PS. We will be back.

Our family had the most amazing time at Iberostar Pinos Park Waves! We chose this resort to celebrate both my daughter’s and my wife’s birthdays, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a stunning view. The pools were a hit with both the kids and adults, and the entire resort was beautifully maintained. We especially loved the beach—it was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff—every person we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also had the chance to meet some lovely people during our stay, which added to the wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you goes out to JOSEMA and ADAM—two amazing entertainers who brought so much positive energy and fun to each day. Their warmth, humor, and dedication made a huge difference, and they truly stood out as the heart of the entertainment team. We’re already thinking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and joyful getaway!

We spent 4 nights at Iberostar Waves Pino Park as a family of four, and overall had a lovely experience—especially for the kids! Pros: • The hotel offers a fantastic daily calendar of activities for both kids and adults—magic shows, acrobatics, face painting, beach volleyball, and more. There’s always something happening to keep everyone entertained. • Our kids absolutely loved the stay and were engaged throughout. • The staff were warm, welcoming, and especially great with children—you can tell they genuinely enjoy keeping families happy. Cons: • The hotel can get quite noisy early in the morning (from 8 AM), which might not suit light sleepers. • Some basic amenities like the room locker (€3) and weighing machine (€1) are paid, which feels a bit unnecessary, especially when such services are usually complimentary in similar hotels. • The rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from a refresh. • Room service is quite slow—it took a long time to get essentials like dental kits and extra blankets. Despite a few drawbacks, the overall family-friendly vibe and activity-packed days made this a memorable getaway for us and especially our children.
