An unforgettable stay – pure excellence in every detail! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the exceptional attention to detail in maintaining the entire resort. Everything is beautifully designed and perfectly taken care of – from the manicured gardens to the spotless rooms and common areas. We had to pay extra for rooms near the beach and pool. Rooms and bathrooms are big and very comfy. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely care about your comfort and satisfaction, and they go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The quality of service here is truly top-tier. The food was absolutely amazing – every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The Chef at Cozumel restaurant and whole culinary team deserves special recognition for creating such an extraordinary dining experience. A very special thank you to Omar, the fitness instructor, whose energy, passion, and dedication made a real difference in our stay. His positive attitude, motivational approach, and personalized attention made every session enjoyable and inspiring. He truly stands out as someone who loves what he does and shares it with others in the best possible way. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable and high-quality experience. We will definitely be coming back!
Rooms- very comfortable with a lot of amenities. The wifi was pretty good. The rooms were cleaned every day and looked very nice. The power flickered once or twice. Service- all staff were very friendly, fun, and professional. The waiters were fantastic and were very skilled and efficient. Location- the beach is nice, but unfortunately the ocean was not great to swim in. Local wildlife were very cool to see wandering around the resort
Get ready to be ripped off. Front desk staff were unhelpful and gave so many excuses as to why we owed an additional $1800. We booked on Hotels.com. Had a confirmation for 2 adults and 2 children. At check-in we were given a story that it was for 2 adults and 2 infants. We showed them our receipt and they asked for a copy of it. The next day they asked for it to be emailed to them, we did. The next day they asked if we could email them at a different address, we did. They asked if Hotels.com could contact them, they did. Hotels.com talked to the front desk, the on site manager several times but every time they were sent to their reservations department and mentioned the guest they were inquiring about they got hung up on. This happened at least 20 times as I was at the front desk witnessing the whole interaction. At the end of our stay they said they wouldn't honor what Hotels.com said or even the proof we provided to them. We were ordered to pay the difference or face legal problems. They say this happens all the time and that it is the consumers responsibility to pay the difference. I didn't want to be taken off the property by police so was forced to pay the amount. On my way out was talking to another family who had just arrived and they were getting the same excuse. I wished them the best and good luck. Tried calling when I got back to the United States to talk with a booking manager at their chain of resorts but no one ever called me back. DON'T Stay at any of their resorts.
