We had a wonderful time there, staying for 10 nights with our 1.5 year old. Much better than expected. Big highlight was the food of the buffet restaurant, great quality and so much selection. Staff is super friendly, everything is spotless clean and lots of activities. The gym is small, but was enough for basics. Only downpoint, a 10kg picture above our bed fell on our heads during the night. We were lucky we could protect our sleeping baby from the falling picture in the last second (could have ended very bad!). The picture was then removed and we received all inclusive as an apology.
We had a 4 night stay here, All Inclusive in a suite and we honestly can't fault the place. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice including a large selection of veggi, vegan & gluten free items, all clearly labeled. Our suite was spotlessly clean, with a double balcony and a sea view (at extra cost). Our suite had a separate bedroom with a TV, in addition to the TV in the living space. For info, use of the pool is an extra cost, so is car parking, but we weren't interested in using the pool - we were there to explore the area - and there was plenty of free parking on the road outside. The grounds are spacious and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. It's a short walk to a near-by shopping centre, but the hotel is very quiet as it's set back from the road down a sweeping drive-way. There was entertainment every evening, which was fair to good, with one male duo being excellent. Staff were very friendly too. In summery, we'd stay again if we were in that area and would recommend it to family & friends. Although there's shops a short walk away and a bus stop right outside the gate, I'd suggest hiring a car if you want to fully explore the area. Cadiz and Jerez are easy to get to by car and worth a trip. There are many golf courses close by and I understand the hotel do golf packages too.
My review is for my first 24hrs. We got here and they didn't have the room We booked available. They asked if we would switch from beach front suite to family suite which is down grade. They did upgrade us to all inclusive but we had already paid for lunch and dinner so not that big of deal. The room we got is clean but the A/C will not cool enough to even use covers in the room. They insist its working right and tech said to close blinds to help temperature.(There is a language barrier. We do not speak Spanish so maybe we're are missing something) Pool is great and other amenities are but you pay this much money and expect to get the room you booked and sleep comfortable
