I absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay at Iberostar From the very beginning, we were greeted with a warm and cheerful welcome by the staff every single team member we encountered was smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful Their hospitality really made a difference throughout our stay A special mention goes to the baggagist, Abderahman, who was incredibly polite and professional. He, along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of The hotel itself was spotless, and the room looked exactly like the pictures no surprises, just clean, stylish, and comfortable. Iberostar definitely delivered on both service and quality, and I’d happily return again Highly recommend
Good quality price ratio hotel. There is no bottled water, you need to have your own bottle to pick up the filtered water. You need 20€ per pool towel (you will receive a refund at the end), but you can't pay by card and there was no ATM machine at the moment in the hotel. The food and drink quality are not great, but it's not that bad. Sometimes the cleaning lady forgets to put towels after cleaning the room. The animation team is good. There is the marina nearby, but it lacks activities and shops. The activities and facility support at the beach are scarse.
We recently spent a lovely family vacation at Iberostar Saïdia, and I’d like to share a few thoughts that might help improve the guest experience even further. 🌟 What we loved: • The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the animation team to the reception, restaurant staff, guest relations, and bar staff – everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. This made a big difference in how we felt throughout our stay. • We had some last-minute issues with dinner reservations, but the Guest Services team went above and beyond to secure us exceptional reservations at two à la carte restaurants just before our checkout. This was highly appreciated and showed true commitment to guest satisfaction. • We also arrived late on our first day and had requested a dinner to be prepared and left in our room. This was kindly arranged, and we thank you for such thoughtful hospitality. That warm welcome and attention to detail really stood out. 🔧 What needs improvement: • One major area for improvement is the Activities Calendar on the Iberostar app. It was unfortunately not updated at all: • Several listed activities were not taking place in reality. • Some events had incorrect locations on the resort map. • Other activities that were happening were not even listed in the app. • Similarly, the printed calendars on the hotel walls were also out of date. This made it quite difficult to plan our day in advance, especially for our child. • The only way to know what activities were actually happening was to ask the animation team in person, including where and when each event was held. This lack of real-time digital communication felt like a drawback in a resort of this level. • We believe that updating the app regularly – both the calendar and activity locations – would make a huge difference. In our experience at Iberostar resorts in Spain, the app was much more reliable, and we were able to plan our whole day (and even parts of the trip) in advance, which made our stay more organized and enjoyable. ⸻ Overall, we had a positive and memorable stay, and we sincerely thank the staff for their friendliness and support. We hope to return in the future, and we look forward to seeing improvements in the app and digital communication to enhance the guest experience even further. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
