Had a 3 night stay here and it was absolutely the best. From the front desk, to housekeeping and restaurant staff, the respect, attention, professionalism and friendliness were 10/10. The hotel is lovely, peaceful and very very clean which I absolutely loved the most. It’s not too far from the beach and the centre, the food selection and service were grand. The staff really know how to look after their guests, every single one of them, from the point of checking in. Loved the complimentary drinks while we were waiting for our room. Suzana was absolutely fantastic when we were checking out too. Exceptional service all throughout Beautiful views from the rooftop too!
An extremely good hotel, we are very satisfied with the service, the food, the room, the view... We were delighted by the waiter who was at an extremely high level throughout our stay. From the first day, he directed us to the opening hours of the restaurant, bar, pool, showed us all the options.. Knowledge of the menu (absolutely every dish from the menu how to prepare as well as wine recommendation with each dish), also always smiling, positive, funny, but also very professional. The waiter's name is Dennis. We will come again for sure!
Disappointing for a 5-Star Hotel – Not Worth the Hype I’ve stayed in many hotels across the world, and I’m genuinely surprised how this hotel holds a 5-star rating. • Guests are charged €10 per day for parking — unacceptable for a hotel in this category. • The hotel is located on a noisy main road; forget about enjoying your balcony or keeping the window open. • Spacious rooms, but lacking many basic amenities. • Rooftop pool closes at 7 PM — right when you’d want to use it. • The so-called gym is tiny and poorly equipped. • The “private beach” is a 25-minute walk away, not 15 as claimed. You must get a ticket from reception in advance — something they failed to tell me at check-in. • No shuttle service to the beach, and hotel parking is not allowed there. You’re left with the option of walking, taking a taxi, or figuring out public transport. • Getting to Old Town is another 20-minute walk. On the bright side, there’s a supermarket next to the hotel — probably the most convenient part of my stay. Wouldn’t recommend unless expectations are low and mobility isn’t an issue.
