Amazing place for a relaxing vacation! We had such a wonderful time here — the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was perfectly set up for a truly relaxing getaway. The animation team kept us entertained throughout, adding a fun and vibrant touch to our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food. Rooms are a good size and clean. We are loving it. The only thing we are finding is there are a lot of French people here; which is absolutely fine of course, but they seem to get priority, and the entertainment doesn’t always get translated to English which can be a little frustrating. But the hotel are happy to try and listen and help where they can.

Firstly, this is my first time in Egypt, and what a beautiful place it is. My family and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in room 2015. I would definitely stay here again in the future, it's spotless, and the service was excellent when I needed something. The food was good, but in my opinion, could be better with more choices on offer, hence me giving a 4 * review. However, can I mention a member of staff who works at the poolside bar? His name is Ibrahim, he was fantastic with us throughout our holiday, he has a brilliant personality, and he is always smiling. He's a great asset to your team, and he deserves recognition for his hard work. Overall, great hotel, lovely holiday.
